pv999 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Player Rights

1. Introduction

Welcome to pv999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of pv999, accessible at pv999.click and any associated mobile interface or application. By registering an account, logging in or placing any bet or wager on pv999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

pv999 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in plain English so that every player — whether you're from Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan or anywhere else in Pakistan — can understand your rights and obligations without needing a legal degree to interpret them.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 June 2025. pv999 reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of pv999 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on pv999, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pv999 has zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds withheld pending investigation.
• You must be accessing pv999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited to you personally. It is your responsibility to know and comply with any local laws applicable to your situation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by pv999 or any other recognised gambling management programme.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party for the purpose of placing bets.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from pv999 for any breach of these Terms.

pv999 may require age and identity verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Withdrawals may be withheld until identity is confirmed.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on pv999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have it merged or closed.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide truthful and accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment details. pv999 will use this information to verify your identity, process withdrawals and communicate with you. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pv999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pv999 support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings.

3.4 Account Verification

pv999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or other documents at any stage. Accounts pending verification may have deposit and withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

pv999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed instantly unless there is a technical delay on the payment provider's side.

pv999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with them directly. Funds deposited on pv999 may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform and may not be transferred to other users. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account except in specific circumstances outlined in Section 5.

pv999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 9 of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pv999 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawals are available from a minimum of Rs 200.

5.1 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one hour during operational hours. During peak periods (such as major PSL finals nights), processing may take up to three hours. pv999 aims to be the fastest-paying platform for Pakistani bettors and we monitor withdrawal queue times continuously.

5.2 Verification Requirements

pv999 may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or for any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is required for security and regulatory compliance. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and confirmation of your payment account details. We aim to complete all verification reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

5.3 Bonus-Related Restrictions

If you have claimed a bonus with an active wagering requirement, withdrawals of the bonus amount may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met. Your real-money balance (from deposits and winnings generated without active bonus funds) is always withdrawable without restriction. pv999 never locks your own deposited money behind wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pv999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All active offers are listed on the pv999 Promotions page. The specific terms for each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and game restrictions — are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms when you claim that offer.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are released to your main wallet upon meeting the stated wagering requirement.
• If you withdraw before meeting a wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance is unaffected.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address or device is permitted.
• pv999 reserves the right to reclaim a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing matched or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements risk-free, or providing false information during registration.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred or traded between accounts.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

pv999 keeps wagering requirements transparent and fair. Sports betting bonuses carry a standard 15x wagering requirement. Casino and games bonuses carry 20x wagering. Weekly cashback bonuses carry just 1x wagering — effectively making them near-cash equivalent. These figures are stated clearly on each promotion page before you claim. pv999 will not retroactively change wagering requirements on a bonus you have already claimed.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically. You will receive a reminder notification before your bonus expires so you have the opportunity to use it in time.

7. Sports Betting Rules

pv999 offers fixed-odds sports betting on cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, basketball and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pv999:

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet slip — team names, market, odds and stake — before confirming. pv999 will not reverse or amend a bet placed in error except in circumstances where a clear technical error on our platform caused incorrect odds to be displayed.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet on pv999 is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. For major cricket internationals and PSL matches, maximum single bet limits are stated in the respective market. pv999 may reduce maximum stakes for individual players at its discretion without prior notice.

7.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided if the event is abandoned, cancelled or not completed under the conditions required for settlement (for example, a cricket match abandoned with no result). In all void cases, your stake is returned in full to your pv999 balance. Voided legs in accumulator bets are removed from the bet and the remaining legs settle as normal at adjusted combined odds.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play markets may be suspended at any time during a live event, for example following a wicket in cricket or a goal in football. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will be queued and either accepted or declined once the market reopens. If a bet is declined, your stake is returned in full.

7.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

For international cricket and PSL markets, results are settled on the official result declared by the relevant board. DLS results are accepted for weather-affected matches. Tied matches in T20 formats that go to a Super Over are settled on the full match result including Super Over. All disputes are settled using the official score as published by PCB or the relevant international cricket board.

8. Casino & Games

pv999 offers casino games, poker rooms, fishing arcade games and virtual sports alongside its sportsbook. The following general rules apply to all game categories:

• All casino and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. The RNG is independently tested and audited. No pv999 employee, agent or technical system has the ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the respective game information page and represent theoretical long-term averages. Individual session results will vary.
• Malfunction voids all play and all pays. If a game malfunctions during a round, the round will be voided and your stake returned.
• For poker games, hand histories are available in your account and any disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of the hand in question.
• Fishing game outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by the number of bullets fired by any player.

pv999 may temporarily suspend any game for maintenance or updates. No compensation is payable for planned maintenance periods, which are communicated to players in advance where possible.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pv999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using pv999 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. pv999 reports suspicious activity to relevant financial authorities as required by applicable regulations.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using bonus funds in combination with matched or hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting any error in bonus credit.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your pv999 account, whether for betting purposes or otherwise.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools or any software to place bets, make decisions or interact with pv999 in a way not sanctioned by pv999.
• Arbitrage Betting at Scale: Systematically exploiting odds differences between pv999 and other platforms at volumes that constitute professional arbitrage rather than recreational play. pv999 reserves the right to limit stake sizes for accounts identified as engaging in systematic arbitrage.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening or discriminatory language at pv999 staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email or social media.

10. Responsible Gaming

pv999 is committed to maintaining a safe, controlled gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. We encourage all players to set budgets before they start playing and to use our built-in responsible gaming tools proactively — not just reactively.

Every pv999 account includes the following responsible gaming tools, available from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Automated alerts at 1hr, 2hr and 3hr session intervals prompting you to review your activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently restrict your account for a minimum of six months with no reversal possible during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen summaries of your net gaming position and time spent, available during any session.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on pv999 — including the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, odds formats and any other materials — is the intellectual property of pv999 or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pv999 content without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access pv999 for your personal recreational use only. This licence does not permit any commercial use, data scraping, odds harvesting or any activity intended to extract commercial value from pv999 content.

12. Privacy & Data

pv999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pv999, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary: we collect the information you provide at registration, transaction data, device and session data for security purposes, and communication records. We use this data to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, personalise your experience and communicate with you about your account and promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not share it except where required for payment processing, identity verification or legal compliance.

13. Limitation of Liability

pv999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that it will always be accessible without interruption. While we maintain a 99.4% uptime target and invest heavily in infrastructure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. pv999 will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, including in-play betting opportunities missed during temporary outages.

pv999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pv999 may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. For significant changes — such as changes to bonus structures, withdrawal policies or player rights — we will notify registered players by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use pv999 after a Terms update takes effect, you are confirming your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pv999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pv999 that cannot be resolved through our customer support team should be submitted to our formal complaints process.

15.1 Complaints Process

In the first instance, please raise your complaint with our support team via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance team by emailing compliance@pv999.click with full details. We will respond to all escalated complaints within 7 working days.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Class action or representative proceedings are not permitted.
